Description:	Privately owned, central Connecticut manufacturer with 30 employee's is seeking a qualified Operations Manager. Candidate should have a B.S.M.E. and a thorough knowledge of modern machine shop practices. The Operation Manager will oversee the Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing functions and be familiar with Lean manufacturing and Continuous Improvement strategies. A Practical working knowledge of milling and turning machines is preferred. This is a temporary to permanent position for the right person.
